Cancellations
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Thrive Hair Collective
No Call/No Show
If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.
Late Policy
Here at Thrive we have a 20 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 20 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Thrive Hair Collective
