Megan Vega

At 13, Megan got her first salon job sweeping floors and washing hair, which served as her introduction to the working world. She loved the environment, being around people and creating relationships with guests.

While Megan was studying business management in college, her closest friend was flourishing in cosmetology school. Megan saw first-hand the stark contrast between the two careers paths and decided to reenter the exciting salon world.

Megan immediately gravitated toward hair color—her left brain thriving on the chemistry of formulation and color theory, while her right brain blossomed with the creativity and artistry of placement, trend and technique.

Just like her earliest days in the salon, Megan continues to love the relationship-driven salon world. She never cuts corners in her client consultations and considers all factors in how she crafts her guest’s look—including lifestyle, maintenance and how frequently they want to space out appointments.

She regularly pursues advanced education and is always on the forefront of emerging trends.
