 Recognizing that texture education remains somewhat overlooked in conventional cosmetology curriculum, she became committed to enhancing industry-wide texture knowledge, both in education and salon practices. Using her personal experience of embracing her own thick, coarse texture, she became determined to master the art of textured hair and embarked on a journey of discovery—seeking models, attending specialized classes and honing her skills in the intricate world of texture.

 Today, Lindsey continues to collaborate with Redken, teaching hair color, texture and styling on stages, in classrooms, at events and within their global programming.
