Lauren Lampa

Lauren, best known as Elle to her clients, brings with her to Thrive nearly two decades of beauty experience—although her journey into the world of beauty was not without its twists and turns. Initially torn between becoming a hairstylist or a veterinarian, she ultimately chose the path of beauty, influenced by her family's legacy in the industry.

 Embracing her artistic side from a young age and blessed with a gift of connecting with people effortlessly, she has honed her skills in all aspects of hairdressing, and has earned a reputation for her expertise in dimensional brunettes, “lived in” blondes as well as the art of styling. Which has taken her to New York on the set of the TODAY Show.

 She loves the opportunity to use hair extensions to instantly alter a guest’s look with subtle enhancements or dramatic effects—adding length, chemical-free color, fullness and volume in a single sitting.

 Lauren finds joy in the deep connections she forms with her clients. To her, it's more than a salon appointment—it's about building confidence, brightening their day with meaningful conversations and positively impacting their lives.

 She joins Thrive after forging her own path at established salons in Chicago as well as co-owning her own studio for nearly a decade.

In her free time, you can find Lauren spending time with her family, including her two daughters, and indulging her love for animals, especially her three rescue dogs.
